We collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth for age and identity verification, and payment identifiers such as your UPI handle or Paytm-registered mobile. Device data like IP address and browser type is captured automatically on every session.

We share data only with payment processors (for UPI, Paytm, PhonePe transactions), identity-verification services, and regulatory authorities when required under Indian law. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or unrelated third parties under any circumstance.

Active account data is retained for the life of your account. Financial transaction records are kept for the period mandated by Indian financial regulations. Session and device logs are purged after 90 days. After account closure, residual data is deleted within 30 days of the regulatory retention window closing.

We pass only the minimum identifiers needed to process your deposit or withdrawal to our payment processor. Full UPI credentials and PhonePe details are never stored on our own servers. All data in transit is protected with TLS 1.3 encryption.
