These terms apply to every person who opens an account with skysetx and accesses our platform where local law permits. By completing registration, you confirm you have read and accepted the agreement in its entirety before using any feature of the platform.

We will not change the terms without notice. Material updates are communicated to your registered email address at least seven days before they take effect, giving you time to review the changes and decide whether to continue using your account.

After account closure, we retain transaction records and identity verification data for the period required by applicable Indian financial regulations. You may request a copy of the data we hold by contacting our support team via email within that window.

Yes. All transactions processed through UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, or any other supported payment method are governed by the payment-specific clauses in our Terms and Conditions. Those clauses set out processing times, reversal rules, and dispute procedures.

Submit your dispute in writing via email to our support address, quoting your account ID and the transaction reference number. We acknowledge all formal disputes within 48 hours and aim to reach a resolution, with a written decision referencing the applicable clause, within ten working days.

If any single clause is found to be unenforceable under applicable Indian law, that clause is severed from the agreement. The remaining Terms and Conditions continue in full force and your account remains active under the unaffected clauses.
